By accessing or using the SAR app or service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any future modifications. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not access or use the application and immediately terminate your use of the services.

Your Agreement to these Terms and Conditions of Service:

These terms and conditions (referred to as the "Agreement"), as may be amended, constitute a legal contract between you, an individual customer, member, user, or beneficiary of the SAR . SAR is the owner of the website www.SAR, the SAR mobile application, and the SAR website. SAR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, add, or delete portions of these terms and conditions at any time without further notice. You should periodically review the "Terms & Conditions" link to stay informed of any changes that may be introduced.

Overview of SAR Application:

SAR provides a secure and efficient money transfer service in India. In association with corresponding bank partners, SAR offers the convenience of transferring money from your place of residence to any bank account across the country.

Eligibility:

To use the SAR Remit Service, you must be a registered retailer with SAR. Retailers using the SAR Remit Service must provide the necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. Once verification is completed, they will be designated as Customer Service Points (CSP).

Registration Information:

Users with pending KYC verification have limited access to app features and are not permitted to use the Send Money service. Registered users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, as prompted by the Document management screen. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their User IDs (mobile numbers) and passwords. Users are liable for all transactions and activities under their User ID and password, including any unauthorized use. SAR is not obligated to verify the authenticity of such transactions.

SAR may suspend or terminate user accounts or access to services at any time, for any cause, including violations of rules, regulations, or this agreement.

Limitation of Liability and Damages

SAR and its contractors, agents, licensors, partners, or suppliers are not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. In no event will SAR's total liability for damages exceed the amount paid by the user or Rs. 1,000, whichever is less. This limitation of liability is essential for the bargain between users and SAR and will survive termination of this agreement.

Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold SAR and its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, and third-party suppliers harmless from any claims, losses, costs, and expenses arising from the use or misuse of the services.

No Warranties:

SAR and its third-party partners, licensors, and suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or representations. SAR does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure services.
This disclaimer, limitations of liability, indemnification, and termination clauses will survive the termination of this agreement.
