Recharge & Bill Payment Refunds
- Successful Transactions: If your recharge or bill payment is successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. These are instant services and are processed in real-time.
- Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but your account is debited, don’t worry. The amount will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
- Delayed or Partial Transactions: Sometimes, a transaction might get stuck or only partially process due to technical reasons. In such cases, raise a support ticket within 48 hours. We will check it and take the right action, including refunds if needed.

- Most refunds are completed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds depend on your bank or payment service provider.

Things to Keep in Mind
- Always double-check the mobile number, DTH ID, or bill details before making a payment.
- SAR is not responsible for incorrect details entered by the user.
- We do not issue refunds for successful transactions with wrong input.
- Requests made after 7 days of the transaction may not be accepted.
